Working Hours:
Full-Time:

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
• Create engaging text, images, and video content for daily social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Blogs, and Little Red Book.
• Support the development of new markets and platforms, focusing on areas such as animates & hobby goods and toys.
• Analyze market trends and competitors, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Customer Engagement:
• Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns, guiding them through a seamless buying journey.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, including email and instant messaging.
Order Management & Administrative Support:
• Efficiently process sales orders and coordinate logistics for timely deliveries.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to streamline daily operations, including updates to online platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background:
• Minimum of F.5 (HKDSE/HKCEE) or above, with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Personal Attributes:
• Self-motivated and proactive, with strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Adaptability & Efficiency:
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency:
• Proficient with web tools, such as AI, Canva, Filmora, and Pinterest.
• Experience with e-commerce and social media platforms is preferred.
Language Skills:
• Good command of both written English and Chinese.
Preferred Experience:
• Prior experience in e-commerce, particularly with the Shopline platform, as well as in gaming, animates, hobbies, toys, multimedia design, digital marketing, or logistics is a distinct advantage.
Note: Candidates with limited experience or qualifications may be considered for the position of e-Commerce Assistant.
