For over 40 years, our wholesale subsidiary Hing Fat Flower Wholesales Ltd has been importing from over 20 countries worldwide, supplying a wide range of fresh cut flowers, foliage and accessories to many high-end boutique florists, 5 star hotels and casino resorts in Hong Kong, Macau and China. Our retail subsidiaries include, h.f.flora, Pacific Petals, Hing Fat Flower Market and Hing Fresh Global Sourcing.

We are looking for a hands-on caliber talent with a growth mindset to join our team. We bring onboard talents who want to change things, disrupt the narrative, who are naturally confident with a positive and can-do attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement online sales strategy and traffic optimization;

• Manage daily operations of 3 web shop platform;

• Manage daily operations of our OEM business and communication closely with client for new promotions and new products’ quotation and launching preparation;

• Monitor and smoothen service deliveries;

• Analyze online sales performance and digital marketing activities;

• Measure and monitor sales performances and work process of all online shops and OEM business to ensure our service level is maintained;

• Prepare sales, traffic, promotion and stock reports;

• make sure all web shops information is updated;

• Work closely with various internal and external partners to achieve productivity and sales target;

• Review and monitor logistic issues of all online purchases;

• Work with marketing team/agency to analyze data to identify sales trends/potential areas of improvement and develop engaging advertising strategy;

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behaviour, and sales patterns;

• Provide insights, trends and recommendations through data analysis to develop website optimization strategies to increase sales and conversion;

• Ad hoc projects as required;

Requirements:

• Relevant University Degree/Diploma;

• Experience in E-commerce platform (i.e. Shopify);

• Experience in working with ERP/ POS system;

• 5 years e-commerce experience, retail industry is an advantage;

• preferably with minimum 3 years working experience in sales & business development;

• Must be goal-oriented and proven results of meeting sales goals;

• Effective communication, negotiation, and business presentation skills;

• High proficiency in MS Office particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and good team player;

• Detail oriented with good analytical and reporting skills;

• Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility;

• Energetic, willing to learn, can-do attitude and hands-on;

• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese;

• Occasional Business Travel is a must

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager(E-Commerce)

Salary: 26,000.00 (Could further negotiate depends on experience)
