RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Identify and meet potential clients and decision makers by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
• Work with Digital Marketing , Solution Team to create innovation and value proposal based on details RFQ document and Client needs.
• Providing client insight document or data for sale lead monitoring in CRM system.
• Responsible for driving in market growth, developing pipeline for new business opportunities and achieve bottom line growth
• Develop & maintain relationship with potential customers
• Successfully close deals with customers and lead contract negotiation
• Provide direction in business development and coordinating with various functional departments in developing new logistics business proposals
• Support and implement strategic business plan for achieving revenue growth in line with the regional & corporate objectives
• Lead the preparation and present Business Case of new opportunities for management approvals
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree holder in relevant academic background, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 3 years’ Sales / Business Development experience from 3PL/ Supply Chain/ Warehouse or related industries is essential
• Highly result oriented with ambition to exceed sales target
• Excellent communication/ interpersonal skills and networking capabilities
• Good analytical, conceptual thinking and problem solving skills
• Presentable & flexible and with strong multi-tasking skills
• Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English including Mandarin
• Demonstrate success in developing large scale logistics projects
