Our client is a prominent insurance company with a robust global presence. As part of the Digital Delivery and Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and leading innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Designa and develop scalable digital solutions, integrating both frontend and backend technologies.
• Oversee cloud-based agile development using DevOps practices, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
• Tackle technical challenges and deliver cost-effective solutions while supporting production environments.
• Advocate for software engineering best practices and provide training to enhance the team's IT expertise.
• CEnsure adherence to standards and guidelines while driving digital initiatives and maintaining licensing requirements.
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering is essential; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for junior roles; 5-10 years for senior positions. Knowledge of the insurance sector is a plus.
• Expertise in full-stack development, including React Native, Vue.js, Node.js, iOS/Android app development, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, MongoDB, Data Lake, Python, and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments using DevOps; knowledge of identity access management standards like OAuth, OpenID Connect, or SAML is advantageous.
