Our client is an Asian found power supply solution and energy-efficient applications, they are providing smart terminal power charging and storage, electronic control of electronic vehicles and digital power. They are looking for a Senior Sales and Commercial Manager in their new Hong Kong office.
Your new role
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to enhance market penetration.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in Hong Kong.
• Manage and coordinate visits from customers and company leaders, ensuring a professional and welcoming business reception.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Analyse market data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product offerings, ensuring effective communication of their benefits to clients.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and materials that effectively position the company’s products in the market.
What you'll need to succeed
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development within the power supply manufacturing or related industries.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, with the capability to interpret market data and develop actionable strategies.
• With an entrepreneur's mindset and with a proven track record of running an office from 0-1 project and driving revenue growth.
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
