Our client is a top tier insurance company. They are seeking an experienced Tech Project Manager to lead data-related projects focused on sales and KPI analytics for the agency platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of scalable high-performance digital solutions
• Lead the development of both frontend (web & mobile) and business logic layers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate offshore teams, providing direction and support to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Communicate effectively with users to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with deliverables.
• Work with external vendors, managing relationships and ensuring compliance with project timelines and specifications.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
REquirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
• Full stack technical capabilities in digital development, including technologies such as React Native, Vue.js, Node.js, iOS/Android app development, Java, Spring Boot, IBM WebSphere/JBoss, Kafka, and Single Sign-On.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud services and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data visualization tools, particularly Power BI and Tableau.
• Proven track record in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and tools.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
