Job Description

• Formulate export sales forecasts / budget / expenses at timely manner, monitor inventory level & export sales performance and adjust export sales strategies promptly so as to master dynamic business environment and achieve export sales target within stated budget.

• Liaise with existing overseas distributors / agencies and shipping agencies regularly so as to ensure that shipment orders are handled promptly and timely per customer requirements.

• Responsible for trade terms negotiation with agencies / sales plans negotiation with overseas / local agencies so as to optimize Company’s sales and profitability.

• Handle and tackle all special & specific requests / enquiries / complaints regarding export sales business from overseas & local agencies so as to maximize customer satisfaction.

• Conduct overseas business trip to understand the market situations and explore new territories / customers so as to generate new business opportunities and optimize Company’s profitability & market share.

• Prepare regular analytic reports based on monthly export sales data and performance for management review.

Job Specification

• Tertiary educated in related disciplines.

• 3-4 years relevant experience preferably in food related industry.

• Hands on experience in export trade business is definitely an advantage.

• Knowledge in handling full set of Import / Export documents, international trade practices, e-trade operation and international food regulations & labeling.

• Fluency in both spoken & written Chinese and English (including Mandarin).

• Proficiency in using MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills.

• Proactive, analytical, flexible and result oriented with strong commitment to achieve.

• Occasional business trip is required when necessary.
