Our client , a well funded and disruptive Layer 1 Blockchain is looking for a strategic and collaborative Partner Marketing Manager for APAC to lead partnership marketing efforts in the region. This role is crucial in driving growth through collaborative marketing with key partners, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals. You will work closely with partners to create joint campaigns, manage events, and monitor partnership performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a partner marketing strategy for APAC, aligned with global objectives.
• Build and manage partnerships to drive mutual growth in the region.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns, joint events, and promotional activities to maximize impact.
• Track and analyze the performance of initiatives, offering insights for optimization.
• Manage relationships with key influencers and ensure alignment with partner goals.
• Work with the GTM Lead to integrate partner marketing into broader go-to-market strategies.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop a partner marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
• Build relationships with key APAC partners to drive business impact.
• Design and execute joint campaigns with partners to maximize reach and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure consistency with brand and product strategies.
• Manage key relationships with influencers, ensuring their work supports marketing goals.
• Provide market insights to leadership, influencing global partner strategies.
• Use data to track performance and improve partner marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
• 8+ years in partner marketing, business development, or a related field, preferably in Web3 or tech sectors.
• Proven experience in building and managing successful marketing partnerships.
• Strong relationship-building skills across diverse partners in APAC.
• Experience working with influencers as part of marketing campaigns.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or another APAC language is required.
• Willingness to travel within the APAC region for partner management.
