As a Assistant Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with our marketing and design team in all stages of digital campaigns. You will be passionate about all things digital, willing to get stuck in, and looking for a future career in digital marketing or the e-commerce industry. You will acquire plenty of marketing skills and knowledge of various marketing strategies and gain broad experience in digital marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.
Main Responsibilities
• Assisting in marketing and advertising campaigns on all digital platforms, such as social media (Facebook and Instagram ads), EDM, KOL and search consoles (Google ads), etc.
• Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
• Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website
• Developing and managing both online and offline marketing campaigns
• Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
• Overseeing the social media strategy for the company
• Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
Main Requirements
• Bachelor's DEGREE or above in Business, Marketing discipline, or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written (English and Chinese)
• Work in a fast-paced environment and flexibility.
• Min. 3 years’ experience in marketing field
