Job Responsibilities:
• Take lead of brand communications, social content and trade marketing strategies
• Plan and formulate effective social communication strategy (Facebook, Instagram) platforms to amplify brand visibility with excellent implementation on brand and campaign communication
• Foster robust local partnerships and collaboration opportunities with influencers, potential business allies, and local entities to amplify campaign key messages, increase brand awareness and visibility to accelerate new customer acquisition
• Implement trade marketing and store business building strategies, to plan promotional tactics and engage in collaborative efforts with trade/mall partners to optimize sales opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Manage OMO activations to engage the target audience through an Omni-channel and retailtainment experience to drive traffic and conversions
• Take charge of makeup category strategy formulation and implementation
Job Requirements:
• Degree holder in Marketing or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in brand communication, social content creation and trade marketing, preferably in beauty industry
• Good communication and content writing skills;
• Able to handle multi-tasks, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and good team player
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
