MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Support the business planning process to set strategic goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement high-quality sales plans to drive business growth.
• Support on overseeing demand planning to forecast market needs accurately.
• Develop promotion analysis framework as required for tracking purposes plus ROI tracking on promotion investment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Cooperate with supply chain team to make sure supply sufficiency in line with volumes forecast also manage inventory efficiently to optimize supply chain processes.
• Support to create, define and refine operational processes for the various Direct touch points; in partnership with key stakeholders roll out the SOP to ensure that operations and long-term developments are seamlessly integrated and shared across all functions.
• Lead evolving data and reporting foundation to provide measurement and insight for better decision making.
• Drive operational excellence across sales, marketing, supply functions.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
• Min. 5 years of Sales and/or Demand Planning and Operations in a consumer goods or electronic technology international organization.
• Detailed understanding of retail/distributor and the commercial context.
• Drive key retail building blocks to achieve business objective.
• Strong influencing and networking skills.
• Proven strategic ability and project delivery record.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of data analysis.
• Comprehensive understanding of premium retail experience and evolving shopper expectations.
• Excellent communicator with clinical written and verbal presentation skills.
• Highly collaborative; a strong listener with an ability to listen to many different inputs and translate them into appropriate solutions.
• Analytical mindset with a strong commercial acumen.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity, taking the initiative and being proactive.
• Attention to detail, without losing sight of the bigger picture; able to move between the day-to-day and long-term strategic plans seamlessly.
• English and Mandarin fluency (written and spoken) is essential.
