This incumbent will solicit new pension business both MPF & other non-MPF products and achieve the company’s sales target.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prospect, sell and service MPF & non-MPF products to meet standards and objectives

• Build strong relationship with customers by conducting meeting, analyzing the personal financial situation and identifying their needs

• Help to work collaboratively with Sales Support, Pension Operations and Relations Management Team to ensure a smooth onboarding of new pension clients

• Provide quality after-sales services to maintain the customer relationship and solicits referral business to expand the customer base

• Comply with the guidelines on all sales process

Requirements :

• University graduate or equivalent

• Corporate client presentation & closing experience is an advantage.

• Licensed holder of MPFA & IIQE is an advantage

• An outgoing personality with strong selling and presentation skills

• Mature, proactive and able to work independently

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including spoken & written English and Chinese

• Good proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint
