Role:
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients for our FX and Rates products and services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in corporate client organisations.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the FX and Rates sector.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our FX and Rates products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to corporate clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective corporate clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Work closely with internal teams, including trading, research, and risk management, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
• Strong experience in FX and Rates sales, with a focus on Chinese corporate clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
