Our client, a fast-growing international private jet company, is seeking a Global Sales Executive to join their expanding team.

Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President of Fleet Sales, you will play a crucial role in the success and growth of the VistaJet organization. Your duties will include:

Seeking and closing sales through the global broker market.

Responding promptly to charter inquiries via website, email, or telephone.

Providing quotes to brokers or potential clients, with necessary follow-up calls.

Managing the full sales cycle, including payment processing, client relations, and overall satisfaction.

Booking trips as needed and negotiating prices to ensure profitability.

Collaborating with the Fleet Pricing and Fleet Planning teams for seamless operations across all global entities.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to maximize future long-term revenue opportunities.

Maintaining CRM data and pipeline within Salesforce.com.

Working closely with operational, scheduling, and client service teams to ensure a positive client experience.

Traveling to meet current key accounts and prospective customers both internationally and domestically.

The Successful Applicant

Experience in private aviation charter sales or the business aviation industry.

Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential, as you will be dealing with clients globally.

1-3 years of experience in a sales role; we will provide training on the private aviation market.

A competitive spirit and passion for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
