Position Summary:

Junior to Mid-level Sales & Marketing position to achieve sales target and lead the marcom strategy implementation through various sales & marketing actions for innovative automation and robotic systems. We are committed to providing long-term career map for employees to support our local to global initiative.

Key Responsibilities:


• Achieve annual sales KPI and accounts receivable target through below sales & marketing activities:
 Engage with strategic target clients or follow up the forwarded client’s inquiry to work with solution design team to create and present spec-in proposal
 Prospect, develop, support and engage new integrator channels in oversea market
 Engage with target market ecosystem such as local authorities, developers, architects, main-contractors and participate necessary association or seminars
 Drive the potential oversea customers visit projects & facilities in China or oversea
 Work with system integrators to propose the right technical & commercial solution package and lead the internal resource to support the integrators to win the tender.
 Build and drive sustainable new projects funnels progress

• Gather the market intelligence, competitor research and target prospects

• Support, organize and lead the local marcom strategy implementation

• As internal project coordinator for awarded project, from commercial and customer perspective, to coordinate the internal resource to support system integrators to ensure the project successful handover.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:


• Degree or above in engineering or business related major.

• 3 years related working experience inside automation, E&M, robotics or related

• Candidate with international market automation sales & marketing experience is preferred

• Able to travel oversea and work independently

• Proficiency in English, Cantonese; capable of communication in Mandarin

• Result-driven, energetic with ability to learn new products and achieve target

• Customer-oriented and interested in dealing with people with good communication skills

• Self-motivated, proactive, high sense of responsibility, problem solving skill, and able to work under pressure
