• Assist in developing digital campaign strategies focused on new customer acquisition and optimizing ROI for each channel.

Requirements
• Associate Degree or higher in Marketing or a related business discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a preference for candidates from the beauty industry.
• Background in a digital marketing or social media agency is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in lead generation, social media management, search marketing, and other online solutions.
• Knowledge of Google AdWords and Google Analytics is a definite advantage.
• Energetic, proactive, creative, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
