Responsibilities

- Lead the development of brand in Asia, focusing on advertising, promotions, direct marketing, social media, and public relations.

- Manage the brand review process to ensure compliance with established policies and guidelines.

- Create and execute comprehensive brand strategies and promotional plans to enhance product visibility and ensure a unified approach.

- Drive strategic offline initiatives to increase sales through advertising, retail experiences, merchandising, events, and overall brand management.

- Develop standardized protocols for events and retail designs to facilitate efficient and cost-effective implementation across Asia.

- Conduct regular visits to sales locations to ensure adherence to brand standards and guidelines.

- Create dashboards to monitor and report on the effectiveness of brand activities and budget management.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of successful experience in Brand/Marketing, particularly in events and retail; experience in the power tool industry is a plus.

- Familiarity with retail merchandising is advantageous.

- Strong organizational abilities with capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Excellent independent decision-making, planning, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledgeable in social media and web strategies.

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.

- Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English; additional proficiency in another Asian language is preferred.
