Job Description

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's English language education services across Hong Kong, Macau, and the Greater Bay Area, focusing on both online and offline channels.

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, attract new students, and retain existing ones. Utilize digital marketing, traditional marketing, and event-based initiatives to drive enrollment.

• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the English language education sector. Leverage insights to refine marketing campaigns and target the right audiences.

• Digital Marketing: Oversee the company's digital presence, including social media management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and website content. Ensure that all digital activities are aligned with the company's brand and reach the target audience effectively.

• Brand Management: Strengthen the company's brand within the local and regional education markets. Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.

• Content Development: Work closely with content creators to develop engaging and relevant marketing materials, including promotional videos, brochures, blog posts, and social media content tailored to prospective students and parents.

• Partnerships and Collaborations: Build and manage relationships with educational institutions, industry influencers, and other relevant organizations to enhance the company's reach and reputation.

• Event Coordination: Organize and promote events such as open days, workshops, and seminars. Collaborate with the sales and education teams to create engaging experiences for potential students and their families.

• Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize future strategies and ensure marketing efforts are cost-effective and yield measurable results.

• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI from campaigns and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience: 4-5 years of marketing experience in the education industry, especially within the English language education sector. Experience in targeting Hong Kong, Macau, and the Greater Bay Area is highly preferred.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Skills:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).

• Excellent communication and content creation skills.

• Ability to analyze market trends and data, and convert insights into actionable strategies.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.

• Fluency in English and Cantonese is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the education market in Hong Kong, Macau, and the Greater Bay Area, including market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.

• Personal Attributes:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
