Our client is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to lead a team of online content creators, driving sales and promoting their brand.
You will be responsible for the content feed, including creating, videoing and scheduling posts.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate in creating multimedia content for social media, aiming to captivate beauty and fashion enthusiasts globally and strengthen the community of followers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and implement strategic content goals for the team and the company's global social media platforms.
• Identify and execute enhancements to boost efficiency and productivity while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute marketing promotional campaigns and product launches effectively.
• Analyze customer interactions and social media trends to inform and shape future marketing campaigns.
• Manage the tone and visual style of social media accounts to ensure consistent brand representation.
• Assess the effectiveness of content strategies and campaigns through performance reports, aiming to maximize organic reach and engagement while achieving KPIs.
• Engage in various ad-hoc projects as needed to support overall marketing efforts.

• Creative and thorough understanding in market trends, social media and marketing creation
• Quick-thinker, strong attention to details and eager to learn;
• Excellent in team communication
• Experience in content development and strategy, beauty industry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
