Located in Hong Kong’s WestK, we are one of the leading museums of modern and contemporary visual culture in the world. The museum reflects our unique time and place, building on Hong Kong’s historic balance of the local and the international to define a distinctive and innovative voice for Asia’s twenty-first century. This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance. You will be responsible for:
• assisting in developing and implementing e-commerce and digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives;
• managing and optimizing online sales channels, such as websites, social media, and online marketplaces;
• analysing e-commerce data and metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement;
• managing various online marketing tools, to work within a cross-functional environment to coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional activities;
• maintaining a strong branding voice through social media – to coordinate and manage the creation of digital content such as website, videos and social posts, etc.;
• monitoring the market, trends, customer needs closely and translate into future enhancements and new experience;
• monitoring order processing cycle and effectively managing aftersales support and handling complaints;
• collaborating with cross-functional teams and external parties, such as retail, logistics, product development and external contractors to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels;
• performing other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Authority. You should:
• possess a recognised university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline;
• have 2 -3 years’ experience of relevant working experience in e-commerce operation, digital marketing or content marketing; familiarity with Salesforce and China e-commerce platforms will be an advantage;
• demonstrate solid understanding on digital landscape and behaviours of audiences online (especially in Hong Kong and Mainland China);
• be proficiency in Office software, with basic knowledge of photo-editing and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro) being a plus;
• possess strong project management skills with excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders;
• have a proactive team player mindset, able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
