Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and aligning our AI solutions to meet those needs.

• Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue and market share growth within the AI sector.

• Oversee the delivery of AI projects, ensuring time lines and quality standards are met.

• Work closely with technical teams, product managers, and marketing to ensure client needs are addressed and solutions are effectively communicated.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in AI to provide insights and recommendations to clients.

• Provide training and support to clients on AI products, ensuring they maximise their value and benefit from our solutions.

• Prepare regular reports on account status, opportunities, challenges, and performance metrics.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in technology or AI-related industries.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies/ SaaS/ Robotic System

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets to commercial sectors.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Result driven and problem-solving skills
