Your Role
As the Sales Manager, you will:
• Identify high-potential sales leads, negotiate effectively, and build strong relationships with clients.
• Understanding the market and competitive landscape, conducting competitor analysis to formulate the right sales strategies.
• Develop and implement competitive sales strategies to expand market share and foster business growth.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to discover new business opportunities.
• Be responsible for pricing negotiation with customers to gain more business and meet the company's margin expectations.
• Leverage your existing client network to drive sales and business development.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
• At least 5 years of experience in sales management or other relevant disciplines.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical skills are preferable.
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful sales strategies.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese; other languages would be an advantage.
• Proactive, service-oriented personality and able to work under pressure.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
