Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for providing a range of specialist administrative/professional services to all channels including the Business Development, Client Management and Telemarketing teams for all Group and Individual sales and client servicing activities to maximize the effectiveness of internal processes and optimize the service level. This may include but not limited to supporting and contributing to projects, goals, and budgets which require specific knowledge of sales activities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Support all channels in the presales and sales process by handling new business quotation, inception and renewal installations.
• Collaborate and follow up with other internal teams such as Operations, Underwriting and external parties included business partners & clients to ensure all outstanding documentation is completed and policies are incepted or renewed on a timely basis.
• Raise suggestions/ improvement ideas on business issues and workflow to drive operating efficiency
• Distribute product and sales materials to brokers regularly
• Blast out communication materials to brokers/clients whenever there is product launch, event invitation or services updated
• Collaborate with internal Operation teams and brokers/clients to follow up on the marketing programs
• Arrange souvenirs and materials for any sponsorship or broker/client events
• Assist in PowerPoint preparation, and management of inventory for brochures and premium tables
• Follow up broker agreement/ addendum and ensure all related documents are in place
• Assist in any ad-hoc business projects
Job Qualifications:
• University education with minimum 2 years’ working experience
• Administration/Brokerage or Health Insurance background is preferred
• IIQE Paper 1,2 required
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated and able to manage priorities in meeting tight deadlines
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
• Immediately available is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
