This position is accountable for inspiring, developing, and implementing a unified marketing vision and strategy for the APAC region, specifically tailored to the fund industry. The role is crucial in supporting the overall business growth objectives and leading all aspects of day-to-day implementation across product marketing activities in APAC. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in product marketing within the financial services industry, a strong understanding of the APAC market, and the ability to drive product differentiation by leveraging market data. Key responsibilities include developing product marketing strategy and communication with sales teams, analyzing market trends, and creating impactful marketing materials.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of high-quality content for UCIT-focused funds in Asia.

• Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and tailored to different client segments.

• Collaborate with the product team to highlight alpha and beta investment strategies.

• Oversee the production of fund materials, including factsheets, brochures, and commentaries.

• Streamline content updates with the RSF, editorial, and product teams for timely content updates.

• Coordinate with the social media team for timely content pushes.

• Ensure all content and marketing activities comply with regulations and company policies.

• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all produced content.

Individual Accountabilities:

• Possess a deep understanding of the industry’s needs and the ability to translate this information into data-driven and compelling product marketing proposals.

• Lead the development and deployment of retail product propositions, segmentation, and product messaging that align with the distribution channels' preferences.

Key Shared Accountabilities:

• Partner with internal departments to develop product marketing strategies and materials aimed at maximizing and enhancing the business’s consumer reach through various marketing touchpoints.

Coordinate with the Global team to ensure that the product marketing strategy aligns with the overall business direction, while providing feedback on challenges and comments from the Asia marketing teams for team collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

• Over 10 years of WAM (Wealth and Asset Management) product marketing experience with top-tier Banking and Finance MNCs.

• Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and product differentiation.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data and translate it into actionable marketing insights.

• Ability to work multi-tasking and demonstrate strong project management skills.

• Highly developed communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

• Experience in digital marketing and using various digital platforms to enhance product visibility and engagement.

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial services industry, particularly in the APAC region.

• Ability to think strategically while managing the details of implementation.

• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
