Responsibilities:
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of e-shop
• Assist to handle e-Commerce platform
• Assist to manage e-shop website including product photo shoot, product descriptions and stock updates
• Provide good e-Commerce service to customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Assist in ad-hoc project and administrative tasks
Requirement:
• Diploma in Marketing, e-Commerce or related disciplines
• Knowledge in Google analytics, SME and social medial advertising
• Knowledge of digital platforms for marketing purposes and Web Analytics tools
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin is an advantage
• Immediate available is preferrable
