Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues related to our product, Fuzor.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
• Identify opportunities for growth and new client acquisition.
• Create engaging content for social media and marketing materials.
• Organize sales and marketing events to promote our products.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, multimedia, or a related field preferred.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Previous experience in sales or customer support is an advantage.
• Familiarity with video editing and design software (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Independent, flexible, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
