Job Description:
Phoelia is seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing and Events Specialist to drive our brand initiatives and strengthen our presence in Hong Kong and abroad. This role is crucial in shaping Phoelia’s brand image, ensuring it resonates with our audience and aligns with our global vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand and Marketing Initiatives
• Lead and execute brand and marketing strategies to uphold and enhance Phoelia’s brand image, perception, and promise.
• Champion initiatives that deliver an exceptional and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
Content Strategy and Development
• Craft compelling content strategies that reflect Phoelia’s core values and key messaging.
• Create engaging and impactful digital collateral for internal and external use, supporting front-office needs.
Events Marketing
• Plan and manage Phoelia’s events marketing efforts, including sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and experiential events, to strengthen brand visibility and foster community engagement.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Provide detailed monthly performance reports with actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of marketing experience
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Possesses an eye for detail and a good understanding of visual communications including graphic design, illustration, colour, typography, filming & animation.
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro & Adobe After Effects.
• Data-driven and highly analytical, such as Adobe, Google Analytics, social media analytics and more.
• A strong understanding of search engine optimisation and analytics.
• Events experience is preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
