We are looking for an E-commerce Customer Service Representative to improve customer service experience by giving timely responses to customer enquiries. Your role will also help standardize customer service workflow, improve product discovery, and provide interesting messaging, social and content based marketing campaigns to our e-commerce customers.

What you’ll do?
• Provide timely customer service to our e-commerce customers
• Resolving customer queries and recommending solutions
• Guiding customer through product discoveries and purchase decisions
• Develop deep knowledge of our products and the craftsmenship
• Identify marketing and revenue opportunities
• Be a strong player in messaging and content based marketing for our e-commerce brands
You should have:
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese, knowing Japanese is not a must but will be an advantage
• Superb communication skills
• Experiences in the field of customer service
• Bonus experiences (the following are bonuses to your application but not a must): sales skill, experience in customer service, experience in messaging based marketing, experience managing a Facebook page or Instagram account for business, or experience working in an e-commerce company)
• Fresh graduates that are coachable and positive will definitely be considered
