  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

About our client:

Our client is a property developer in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Senior Manager, Innovation to join their dynamic team and be part of a forward-thinking organization dedicated to fostering innovation and technology advancements.

They are seeking a passionate individual to lead our exploration of cutting-edge PropTech, sustainable technologies, and other innovations that drive growth and competitive advantages.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in exploring innovative sustainable technologies and PropTech

• Ensure alignment of stakeholders with the innovation agenda

• Facilitate the Innovation Lab as a platform for innovative idea exchange

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and technologies

• Develop and implement innovation strategies

• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their innovation skills

Requirements:

• Degree in Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in innovation and technology or start-up community

• Experience in technology and market due diligence in PropTech and sustainable technologies

• Strong leadership skills with cross-functional team experience

• Proven track record in developing successful innovation strategies

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Fluency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
