About the Role

Strategic Leadership

- Define and execute a winning global strategy to drive revenue, profit, and market share growth.

- Take full accountability for the business unit’s P&L, ensuring profitable growth across all regions.

- Identify emerging markets, trends, and opportunities, setting clear priorities for regional sales teams.

Business Development

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key global customers, leveraging travel to strengthen connections.

- Collaborate with local sales teams to identify, develop, and close high-impact business opportunities.

- Represent the company at major industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase the business unit’s offerings.

Operational Excellence

- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, R&D) to deliver market-relevant, customer-centric solutions.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor actions, and customer needs to inform product development and strategic decisions.

- Prepare forecasts and business plans, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

Team Collaboration

- Lead, mentor, and inspire regional sales teams to achieve shared business objectives.

- Act as a bridge between the global headquarters and regional teams, ensuring alignment of goals, communication, and resources.

Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 8–10 years of experience in global business development, P&L management, or sales leadership in a multinational company.

- Proven ability to deliver business growth across multiple regions, preferably in a B2B setting.

Skills & Competencies

- Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide cross-regional teams.

- Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of P&L management, financial analysis, and forecasting.

- Global Mindset: Ability to work across time zones and in multicultural environments.

- Adaptability: Willingness to travel extensively (50-70%) to build and nurture global partnerships.
