What you'll do:
• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary audits independently, focusing on IT governance, general and application controls, IT infrastructure security, and related areas.
• Assess and advise on the adequacy of internal controls and compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide practical recommendations to improve internal control and operational efficiency, collaborating with relevant parties to implement and monitor action plans.
• Actively participate in risk identification and assessment, contributing to the development of the annual audit plan.
• Provide assurance and advisory services to business management.
• Promote best practices in corporate governance and risk management.
• Maintain close relationships with stakeholders across the company to foster collaboration.
What you'll bring:
• Degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CPA, CIA).
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification audit experience, with a focus on IT audits in sizable organizations. Experience leading and performing multi-disciplinary internal audits is essential.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and information security, including emerging technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, demonstrating strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills.
