We are looking for a passionate Tech Lead to join our R&D team and drive product development independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of mechanical components and firmware for pet tech products utilizing mmWave sensors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software solutions tailored for pet care.
• Conduct research and development to enhance product performance, user experience, and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in mechanical design and firmware programming.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges throughout the product lifecycle.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Prepare and present technical documentation and project reports.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design and firmware development.
• Proficiency in mmWave sensor technology and MCU design.
• Strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., C, C++, Python).
• Experience in OEM/ODM project management for electronic manufacturing industries.
• Experience working independently and managing projects in a startup environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for pet technology and improving the lives of pets and their owners.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
