WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Event Planning and Management:
• Plan and execute a variety of marketing events, including trade shows, seminars, webinars, and networking receptions, from concept to completion.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site support.
• Develop event agendas, collaborate with speakers or facilitators, and ensure all event materials are prepared and distributed.
Content Creation:
• Produce engaging and informative content for various channels, including event promotional materials, brochures, emails, websites, and social media.
• Write and edit blog posts, articles, and newsletters that highlight events and topics relevant to our audience.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content that enhances event themes and objectives.
Audience Engagement:
• Develop targeted marketing strategies to attract attendees to events, utilizing email marketing, social media campaigns, and other promotional techniques.
• Foster relationships with attendees, partners, and stakeholders before, during, and after events to build engagement and loyalty.
Performance Evaluation and Reporting:
• Analyze event performance metrics, including attendance rates, engagement levels, and feedback.
• Prepare and present post-event reports and recommendations to stakeholders for future event improvements.
Collaboration and Team Support:
• Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment in messaging and branding.
• Assist in brainstorming and sharing creative ideas for event themes, promotional strategies, and content formats.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong interest in marketing, events management, and content development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creative content production.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
