A leading logistics services firm with an international presence is looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen their sales team.
Job Description
• Proactively identify, analyse, and propose business solutions for major accounts, targeting e-commerce business.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet the company's sales targets, driving continuous commercial growth.
• Establish a robust business pipeline in parallel with the sales plan, aligned with the company's development and strategic plans.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing accounts to foster maximum retention and sustainable business relationships.
• Manage and coordinate specialised services of express solution, contract logistics, freight forwarding freight as required.
The Successful Applicant
• Degree holder in Business or related subjects
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in sales or account management within the transport logistics industry.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of cross-border/ e-commerce operations, and freight forwarding processes.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese languages.
• Excellent negotiation capabilities and strong interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit a business-oriented mindset, flexibility, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Willing to travel
