Now, J-Long is the global leader in developing and supplying trim solutions with reflective or non-reflective garment accessories, which includes heat transfers, tapes, elastics, drawcords, and zipper pullers. J-Long operates factories with R&D and Lab facilities in Hong Kong and China, as well as sales activities in Asia, Northern America and Europe.
We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Executive with details as follows:
Job Descriptions
• Lead price negotiation with vendors and mills, ensuring design requirements are met from both product and margin standpoint
• Monitor day-to-day merchandising process, co-ordinate with team members from sample development to bulk orders
• Liaise with internal and external customers to keep tracking the sampling and production to meet business goals & requirements
• Follow up on sample development to production and bulk orders
• Capable to deal with overseas vendors / customers independently
• Build outstanding relationships with existing and new customers
• Decisive, independent and cooperative to lead sales teams
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned
• Travelling is required
Job Requirements
• Degree holder in merchandising, fashion or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in trims and heat transfer
• Good command of both WRITTEN and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Strong leadership and strong coordination while multi-tasking to meet deadline
• Aggressive and organized, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation, planning & organization skills & ability to follow up details closely
• Less experience will consider as Sales Executive
