Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development:
• Proactively make sales calls to generate new business leads and secure new clients.
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term business plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends.
• Participate in networking events and build relationships with potential clients.
• Event Management:
• Coordinate all logistical aspects of client events, ensuring seamless execution.
• Provide reception and operational support during events.
• Manage event budgets and resources effectively.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and members.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
• Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries and requests.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the event, real estate, hospitality, or related industry is highly advantageous.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, thriving under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
