Description
• Design and implement training programs for sales teams across various channels.
• Understand the dynamics of on-trade and off-trade channels to tailor training content.
• Deliver training programs in the preferred language of the audience, ensuring better comprehension and engagement.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align training with business objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales representatives across the region (Hong Kong, South China and Taiwan).
Profile
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related subject.
• Understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour in the FMCG industry.
• Proven sales operation experience, particularly in both on-trade and off-trade environments.
• Ability to develop engaging training materials and deliver effective training sessions.
• Capability to analyse sales data and measure training effectiveness.
• Facilitate communication within multicultural teams.
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Occasionally travel is required.
