Our client is a reputable brokerage firm and they are looking an experienced Head of Sales to lead the foreign exchange sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with retail clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets and enhance client engagement.

• Adaption to KPI Management, analyzing performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.

• Conduct market research and attend trade shows to identify client needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 6 years of sales experience in the financial industry with at least 3 years of experience in FX or Bullion as well as team management experience.

• SFC Type 3 license holder preferred but not mandatory.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Strong understanding of FX products, market dynamics, and client needs.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
