Responsibilities
• Set the vision, strategy and direction to be aligned with Company's business objectives and develop effective brand campaigns/integrated marketing events and go-to-market strategies to differentiate the brand equity
• Safeguard Company brand in different markets and maintain high brand standard
• Analyse the results of events, campaign tracking and devise ongoing improvement plans to ensure top of mind for target customers
• Capture market hot spots, combine product style, tonality and positioning for activity planning and content promotion to expand brand awareness
• Content selection planning and content review of brand for domestic, China and overseas promotion and development
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, research and market updates
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies/vendors to deliver a satisfying customer experience
• Plan and monitor budgets
Requirements
• 8+ years of working experience in brand building and event planning, marketing and related positions, experience in planning and executing large-scale summit forums and rich event resources are preferred
• Familiar with content integrated marketing, have the ability to independently operate project control, have strong execution ability and adaptability
• Possess innovative thinking ability, good communication ability and strong data analysis ability, skilled use of various office software
• Familiar with AV equipment (lighting, audio, video), stage effects and other commonly used projects to execute common sense is preferred
• Have a high sense of responsibility, good teamwork spirit and on-site management and control, overall planning and arrangement capabilities, and can undertake greater work pressure
Bachelor's degree or above
