I'm currently helping a large-scale MNC real estate consultancy to hire a Business Development Manager in Facility Management sector. They prefer candidates with sales expereince and facility management technical knowledge.
Job Responsibilities
• Act as an independant sales specialist in Facilities Management
• To find out new lead and deal for facility managemetn sector
• To negotiate and successfully close deal opportunities
• To develop and build long-term customer relationships with existing, new and potential clients
• Maintain excellent relationships and after sales support
• To identify and build a long-term active pipeline, exploring both existing markets and targeting new market opportunities
• Take complete ownership of, develop, and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations, in line with Company standards.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Facility Management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 6 years in Business Development & Sales in real estate sector
• Proven experience in services/solutions direct sales & business development
• Familiar with Facilities Management and Property Management industry
• Self-motived team player with excellent analytical, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
