Description
• E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies that align with overall business objectives. Propose ways to increase digital growth in the target market. Implement the overall online sales & marketing strategy to drive business growth, traffic, and brand awareness
• Data Analysis: Utilise strong analytical skills to analyze data and KPI performances, making informed decisions to optimise sales and conversion rates.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a collaborative environment that drives results and encourages professional growth. Ensure that the day-to-day operations of the site is well planned, with clear roles and responsibilities for each aspect of the site's functions
• Digital Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute effective digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales on our e-commerce platform. Oversee digital marketing platforms across PPC, SEO, email marketing and social media
• Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience from browsing to checkout.Determine the layout and features of the website to improve overall customer satisfaction from using the website for their purchases
• Customer Service: Provide excellent eCommerce customer service by promptly monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring high customer satisfaction and building brand loyalty
• Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement. Be up-to-date with the latest developments in the e-marketing field.
• Budget Management: Manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Profile
• Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in e-commerce management & driving EC growth, preferably in the fashion, retail goods, or accessories industries.
• Language skills: Excellent English and Chinese / Cantonese written and spoken
• Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, information technology, marketing or related fields
• Suitable personality: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, ability to work under tight timelines and pressure. Self-motivated and organised
• Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and developing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• E-commerce Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and best practices for driving sales through digital channels with strong expertise in Amazon market place is a must.
• Digital Marketing: An understanding of and experience working with web analytic tools and digital marketing channels
