Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting, and monitor financial performance against budgets.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the CEO and other stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure financial stability.
• Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and manage working capital.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to the company.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Perform all accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Coordinate and manage all audit processes, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
• Prepare necessary documentation and liaise with external auditors.
• Work closely with the CEO and senior management to develop and implement business strategies.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with professional qualification is required e.g. CPA preferred.
• At least 6 - 8 years of relevant experiences
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Finance Manager, with exposure from the IT industry and/or Securities Company definitely a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
