We are seeking an Event Sales/ Planner Executive for a leading provider of premium services. You will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing key B2B client relationships while ensuring the seamless execution of their events. This is a highly demanding yet rewarding role requiring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key B2B clients
• Event Sales & Planning: Collaborating with the sales team to secure new business and upsell existing clients. This includes preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing client expectations.
• Event Execution & Coordination: Managing all logistical aspects of client events, from initial planning to on-site supervision and post-event follow-up.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Working closely with the sales team, operations team, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless event delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
• A university degree or higher diploma in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning and account management within a premium hospitality or events environment. International experience is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential; Mandarin is a significant advantage.
