As a Junior Sales Representative, you will support the Key Account Manager with sales activities for our region in Hong Kong. Nordberg Medical is a Swedish biotech company delivering real innovation to the field of biostimulation, replicating the principles of nature in anti-aging science. In this role, you will focus on our flagship premium product JULÄINE, a superior biostimulator that activates natural collagen production in the skin.
You will be a part of our local team in Hong Kong, reporting to our Key Account Manager. The team collaborates closely with our Sales, Marketing and Medical Affairs departments to develop and implement sales strategies. Key Responsibilities
You will support the Key Account Manager with the following tasks:
• Drive sales through existing and new customers; grow customer base and market share.
• Develop and implement key account and territory business plans to boost sales.
• Make regular visits and communicate key product messages to stakeholders (HCPs, consultants, etc.).
• Meet sales targets for assigned accounts and expand the business portfolio.
• Execute trade marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Gather and report market intelligence to identify opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
• Prepare and present key account reports, sales reports, and forecasts to internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, HCPs, and business partners for sustainable growth.
• Work with marketing and clinical training teams to enhance customer engagement through workshops, training, symposiums, and exhibitions.

• Experience working on the customer side, with an understanding of their needs and challenges.
• A higher diploma or bachelor's degree.
Other Information
This is a field-based position that requires a willingness and ability to travel for business as needed. We expect you to be in the field nearly every day.
