Sales & Marketing Executive / Senior Sales

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for commercial / residential interior design and fitting out projects;

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets;

• Develop unique and creative content ideas and manage content for the digital and social media platforms (including Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, websites, etc.) to maximize the brand exposure and draw customer awareness;

• Liaise with internal and external parties (including graphic designers, media, business partners, agencies, production houses, etc.) to support and execute online and offline marketing campaigns;

• Formulate and implement effective strategies for both online and offline marketing campaigns that are in line with corporate goals and objectives;

• Engage in business-related networking events to promote brand images and maintain brand relationships with the public to explore the collaboration opportunities for various creative marketing projects;

• Handle corporate communication affairs such as award submissions and media relations as necessary;

• Analyze and review the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns;

• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• 2 years or above work experience in Sales / Marketing;

• Passion to explore new markets and new customer;

• Strong marketing sense, proactive, detail-oriented and pleasing personality;

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing.
