Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly research Hong Kong's commercial real estate market. Analyze economic trends, foot traffic patterns, and competitor locations. Identify prime spots that match the brand's image, target customers, and growth plans.

• Team up with the marketing team. Combine market knowledge with the brand's unique features to pick high - potential properties, increasing brand exposure.

• Lead lease negotiations with property owners and agents. Skillfully handle rent, lease length, and other terms to get the best deals.

• Manage the whole contract process. Draft, review, and revise lease agreements with legal experts to protect the brand's interests.

• Build long - term relationships with Hong Kong's top real estate developers, brokers, and industry groups. Expand the network for exclusive property chances and a better brand reputation.

• Actively manage current property partnerships. Solve problems quickly to ensure smooth operations.

• Oversee the process from lease signing to store opening for new stores. Coordinate with design, construction, and operations teams to ensure timely, budget - friendly, and high - quality project delivery.

• Set up strict budget - tracking systems. Spot and fix budget differences right away to keep costs down without sacrificing quality.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in real estate, business, marketing, or a related field.

• 3 - 5 years of hands - on experience in commercial real estate leasing. Deep knowledge of the Hong Kong market and a record of successful store site selection and lease negotiations.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work with different parties and reach win - win solutions.
