We are partnering with a multinational company in the electronics manufacturing sector to identify a Territory Account Manager. This Territory Account Manager role demands strategic account planning, cross-functional collaboration, and sophisticated consultative selling skills within the high-tech industry. The primary goal is to drive revenue growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of large, high-value accounts.
Responsibilities:
• Revenue Generation & Account Growth: Exceed revenue targets in complex, high-value accounts. Develop new business and expand existing relationships, building a strong sales pipeline of qualified leads aligned with our ideal customer profile.
• Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders. Provide consultative guidance, ensuring our solutions meet client needs. Manage all aspects of the client lifecycle as the primary point of contact.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Pricing, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, HR) to ensure seamless execution of account strategies and client solutions.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Demonstrate leadership on projects and accounts, providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
• Market Analysis & Strategic Planning: Maintain a thorough understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape within the assigned territory to inform strategic account planning and growth initiatives.
Requirements:
• Preferably a university graduate or equivalent.
• 7+ years of field sales experience, preferably in IT infrastructure solutions or telecommunications.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve ambitious sales goals.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua.
