  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About Our Client

My client a new F & B brand in Hong Kong is looking for a well connected BD manager to scout for locations in Hong Kong and S.E.A and be responsible for managing the entire store opening process from scratch.

Job Description

• Develop and implement the store opening strategy and action plans for the brand to penetrate Hong Kong

• Handle all leasing matters with internal and external parties including landlord management, leasing enquiry, rent reviews, leasing negotiation and documentation of the leasing proposal.

• Consolidate and analyze all sales data and operational reports aiming to formulate the business plan.

• Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports.

• To manage a portfolio of landlords and partners for business plan in order to achieve growth objectives.

• Assist in all aspects of the brand pre-opening activities, ensuring timelines are met and standards are upheld.

The Successful Applicant

• Education in related discipline

• At least 6 years of relevant experience with major developers focusing on F & B business

• Strong market sense with analytical thinking.

• Able to spearhead new F & B brands into Hong Kong and S.E.A region
