What you’ll be doing?
• Monitor day-to-day operations of web shop in multiple regions.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of precise web content, including storefront design, product images, product details, promotions, and stock availability.
• Prioritize customer-focused UI/UX design to create smooth user experiences and identify opportunities for improvements in the customer journey and feature upgrades.
• Utilize analytical tools, including GA4 and Search Console, to derive actionable insights and drive data-informed actions.
• Assist in new region/marketplace launch projects and new initiatives.
Who are we looking for?
• Degree holder in Business Administration, E-commerce, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce and web project management.
• Strong project management skills encompassing vendor, cross-functional, and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge and experience in website optimization, UI/UX design, and web analytics tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and preferably JavaScript will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus will be an advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, independent, and a good team player.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
