• Accountable to the execution of partnership digital distribution strategy and daily operation of digital distribution channels including online sales, funnel development, lead generation and cross-channel cross-sell and up-sell.

• Determine and execute the partnership digital distribution strategy including online sales, e-commerce funnel development, digital lead generation and cross-channel cross-sell and up-sell, to achieve business target and growth in performance, efficiency and profitability.

• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver omni-channel experience with both online, offline and cross-channels (e.g. telemarketing and branch direct sales) distribution; marketing communication and customer/ prospect engagement etc., to drive digital, telemarketing and face-to-face sales and leads.

• In-charge of digital distribution initiatives such as e-commerce funnel development/ enhancement, sales campaigns, marketing communications, customer experience and engagement, data analytics, business reporting/ automation etc.

• Define the core metrics and reporting to monitor the end-to-end performance and progress of deliverables to ensure timeline and quality delivery versus acquisition target and budget control and facilitate data-driven decision making.

• Utilize analytical and implement necessary tracking to track and analyse the performance of digital marketing, contents, website and e-commerce funnels, to understand customer behaviour across the customer journey.

• Support the design of digital customer journey to uplift the customer experience to facilitate digital sales, lead generation and cross-sell/ up-sell opportunities, via online and offline.

• Explore and identify new technology, trends or needs from city to improve acquisition performance, customer journey and experience, and inspire product development.

• Ensure partnership distribution channel requirements are properly communicated to internal departments and external partners and deliver.

• Support on ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
